The American Heart Association/ American Stroke Association, gmc*, Roland Corp., and Light Records present the Most Powerful Voices Gospel Music Competition.

The competition is back for another season! Do you think you have the gospel voice that can claim the title of Most Powerful Voices? The gospel music competition helps to raise awareness around stroke and heart disease.

Who can enter this gospel music contest:

• Gospel, holy hip-hop, and praise-and-worship artists
• 18 or older
• U.S. citizen or legal resident
• Original song or one from the Song List
• Fans register to vote
• Read the official rules, terms and conditions

Important dates:

Round 1: October 22, 2012 - January 31, 2013:
Open round to enter and start voting

Round 2: February 5, 2013 - March 5, 2013:
Fans vote on the top 100 (No artist entry)

Round 3: March 8, 2013 - April 5, 2013:
Fans vote on the top 40 (No artist entry)

Round 4: April 9, 2013 - April 29, 2013:
Judges review top 10 and select the winner

April 30, 2013:
Winner of the gospel music competition announced
